The project consists of two thirteen story condominiums each containing seventy two residential units ranging in size from 1,200- to over 3,000 square feet The first two levels of each building are designated as a private parking garage with tenant storage facilities. A 15,000-square-foot, two-story clubhouse facility is placed between both buildings. The arrangement of the buildings in combination with floor-to-ceiling windows, allow for full southern views of the river as it runs towards the Gulf of Mexico. Also, panoramic views of downtown Ft. Myers are provided as well. The use of straight lines in combination with soft curves and select ornamentation provides a contemporary elegance to the building’s façade.
The project is placed on a twelve acre site located in North Ft. Myers, Florida. The property is next to the Marina Town Waterway just off the Caloosahatchee River, which makes up a portion of the Fort Myers River District. The developer is Continental Realty and was completed in November, 2007.
