Based on the Owner’s approval of the Design Development Drawings, and after having discussing any adjustments in the Project requirements due to the Cost of the Work, the Architect prepares Construction Documents for the Owner’s approval.

The Construction Documents illustrate and describe in further detail the Design Development Documents and they consist of Drawings and Specifications setting forth in detail the quality levels of materials and systems and other requirements for the construction of the Work.

The Architect incorporates into the Construction Documents the design requirements of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project.
